So yeah seven months of minimum wage drugstore work. Was hard at first, but I've adjusted to the many policies & procedures of the front register position.

By meself I must keep front half faced while constantly checking the front so as not to neglect any poor customers from waiting 30 seconds, also must sweep & mop whole store, process damages & returns, etc.

I have also professionally dealt with many a irrate &/or dumbassed customers over time. I have quite the unexpected skill at seeming nice & happy to help them whilst sometimes being quite pissed or annoyed. Remember some customers are just stuck up assholes, lolzballz.

And for a few examples the top idiot awards!

1: We clearly tell you no giftcard refunds of any kind when you set out to buy one, so stop getting pissed that you bought the wrong one & fuck off!

2: No you cannot use the offer of buying multiples of an item for some special end deal over the course of nultiple transactions. You must buy all of them at once! Oh it's buy two get one free? That's nice. Buying one one day & another at some later time does not get ye a free item dumbtard!

3: Oh you didn't get your bonus points? Good for you! You cannot spend & earn points in the same transaction.

4: Oh you're in an unnaturally fast hurry, & my being the fstest cashier isn't fast enough for you? Tough fucking shit!

Welcome to retail. :XD:

I ran into people like that when I worked at Toys R Us. Some dumb cunt wanted 15 of some little tonka truck, and we had like 9. She wanted me to go get more and I told her that 1, we put all of the stock we have for that kind of thing out on the floor, 2, We can't just go in the back and get more. it has to be inventoried by the night shift. So she got pissed and stormed off. Hehe. At least when I worked at Amazon the only morons I had to deal with was the managers who had no fucking clue how to do our jobs. :P
